Red Delicious Apple June/07 $450 Masses of beautiful flowers in Spring. It would grow better (I want to extend many of the branches) if I removed all of the fruit, but I left three apples... This tree is from my orchard, dug a few years ago, ground layered to shorten the trunk. Potted in 07. from a much larger training pot. The trunk is partially hollowed (water drains right through from the top) and can be carved more. Eventually some, or all, of the dark areas on the lower trunk will be opened up to show the hollow interior. Pot: 10.75", 3.5" trunk at the soil level, 15" tall. | ||
